- Responsible for timely and accurate monthly management accounts and managing year end audit compliances.
- Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management and optimization of trade lines to ensure financial efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive costing analysis and implement effective cost control measures to enhance profitability.
- Preparation of budgeting, forecast, financial analysis and tax planning.
- Provide timely and effective financial analysis, disclose financial information to ensure effective supervision of financial system.
- Prepare management reports for senior management and exco.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal control policies and procedures, implement robust accounting control systems, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- A professional accounting qualification with recognised professional accounting body (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, MIA, MICPA) is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a manufacturing company, with a strong background in costing.
- Familiarity with consolidated group accounts will be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (MFRS).
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
