FINANCE MANAGER (BASED IN PETALING JAYA OFFICE)

Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take on a strategic leadership role in a fast-growing organization? HAPM, a leading construction company, is seeking a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.

As our Finance Manager, you will

1. Provide strategic financial leadership to drive the organization’s goals.
2. Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
3. Lead initiatives in budgeting, cost management, tax planning, and compliance.
4. Manage treasury operations and ensure effective cash flow management.
5. Implement financial models and forecasting to support business growth.
6. Enhance risk management practices and internal controls.

What We’re Looking For

1. A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
2. 10+ years of finance experience, including leadership roles (construction industry experience is a plus).
3. Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
5. Proven experience in tax planning, treasury management, and financial consulting.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. A proactive, strategic thinker with a commitment to excellence.
