Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day treasury related activities and design direction
2. Prepare cashflows reporting and projections
3. Monitor financial covenants compliance
4. Banking facilities negotiation
5. Perform and review bank reconciliations
6. Strategize international customers’ claims and collection
7. Foreign exchange management
8. Manage fund investment portfolio
9. Assist in corporate financing exercises
10. Other banking related administrative tasks
11. Develop and lead team
12. Direct report to Chief Financial Officer

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Finance
2. Relevant work experience is preferred
3. At least 5 years work experience
4. Passionate with strong commercial sense
5. Analytical mind
6. Possesses people skills
