Vacancy Title: Finance Manager

Salary Range: Rm3000-Rm3499

Working Location: Marang Terengganu

JOB SCOPE:

1. Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
2. Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
3. Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
4. Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
5. Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
6. Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
7. Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
2. At least 4 years and above of working experience in the finance field.
3. Proficient in programs including Excel and Word.
4. Ability to work under minimum supervision and withstand pressure to meet deadlines.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
6. Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy.
