Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective budgeting and forecasting. They play a key role in financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making to drive profitability and sustainability.

Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
2. Membership with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) or CPA is mandatory.
3. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial role, preferably in financial management within the production, manufacturing, or retail sectors.
4. Proven experience as a Finance Manager is an added advantage.
5. Strong managerial and leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Capable of leading, guiding, and managing a finance team to ensure effective financial processes.
7. Proficient in AutoCount Software.
8. Solid understanding of financial statistics, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
9. A strategic thinker and problem-solver with strong negotiation and analytical skills, adept at handling stress effectively.
10. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.
11. This position is open to Sarawakians only and will be based in Kuching, Sarawak.
