Finance Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
2. Manage daily Accounts Receivables tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
3. Review AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
4. Support credit control and timely reporting of overdue AR.
5. Oversee daily Accounts Payables operations, including payment processing.
6. Close AP accounts monthly and reconcile with vendor statements.
7. Ensure timely and accurate filing.
8. Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
9. Submit quarterly SST and other statutory reports.
10. Conduct inventory stock takes in the warehouse.
11. Collaborate with intercompany and external customers to resolve AR issues promptly.
12. Assist with other accounting duties as assigned by the Senior Finance Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor Degree; Professional accounting certificate would be an added advantage.
2. Candidates from construction, real estate, facilities management, or data center industry would be preferred.
3. Willing to work fully onsite in Cyberjaya.
4. Willing to travel to Johor (not on a frequent basis).
5. Mandarin speaker is preferred.
