Position(s) Hiring: Finance Manager

Working Day/ Hour / Location

• Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
• Jalan Chan Sow Lin, KL reachable by public transport, within 15 mins walk

Job Scope

Financial Management

Lead financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities in Malaysia market. Oversee overall finance and accounting matters, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory audit requirements. Evaluate and analyze capital requirements for projects.

Strategic Financing

Develop financing plans and optimization strategies to support mid to long-term projects. Manage and optimize the overall company's financing cost.

Risk Management

Implement comprehensive risk management strategies to safeguard financial assets. Conduct financial risk management assessments.

Cash Flow Management

Monitor and manage cash flow at the group, company, project, and ad-hoc levels. Implement effective cash flow management practices.

Legal Support

Provide assistance in limited legal matters related to finance and accounting.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional finance qualification is a plus. Proven experience as a Finance Manager role. Strong understanding of financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. In-depth knowledge of tax and statutory audit requirements. Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills. Prefer have working experience in retail & FMCG industry.

Salary/ Others

Salary: Up to RM12,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Others:

Reports to CEO (Based in Singapore), also working closely with Eastern Decorator Office in Ipoh. Might need to travel to ED office in Ipoh when CEO present to Malaysia for meeting & reporting. Might travel SG also, travel frequency is not heavy. Replacement role as current Senior Finance Manager is leaving the company for better opportunity after staying for many years. Previously he is handling Malaysia & SG. Only handle Malaysia as already have Finance Manager in SG.
