Finance Manager

Greentag Technologies Sdn. Bhd. Hiring! Full Time Finance Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Earn up to MYR 8,000

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Financial Operations: Manage the daily operations of the Finance Department including its Admin and HR role, ensuring all processes are running smoothly.
2. Financial Closings: Assist in the financial closing, ensuring accurate and timely closing of accounts for all the entities of the group.
3. Audit and Tax Filings: Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process, ensuring the completion of audits and tax filings in compliance with regulations and deadlines.
4. Process Improvement: Actively participate in identifying inefficiencies within existing workflows and implement strategies to improve processes and controls.
5. Delegate Tasks: Delegate the tasks to subordinates based on their roles and capabilities.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Equivalent.
3. Minimum 7 years working experience in finance or accounting.
4. Experience with full set of accounts, financial closings, and audit processes.
