Finance Manager

Position Overview: The Finance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our dialysis healthcare organization, supporting our mission to provide exceptional patient care. This position involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Senior Finance Manager will collaborate closely with senior management, clinical teams, and external auditors to drive informed financial decisions and enhance operational efficiency across our dialysis centers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
   • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
   • Oversee the overall finance and accounting functions of the organization.
   • Manage audits and establish robust financial controls.
2. Budgeting & Cost Management:
   • Lead the company's budgeting process and financial forecasting.
   • Analyze treatment costs and promote financial efficiency in operations.
3. Compliance & Audits:
   • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.
   • Oversee external audits and foster relationships with auditors and tax agents.
4. Team Leadership:
   • Mentor and lead the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
   • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align financial goals with patient care objectives.
5. Ad Hoc Projects:
   • Conduct financial analysis for special projects, including the opening of new dialysis centers or technology upgrades.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of finance experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, audits, and healthcare compliance.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with healthcare accounting systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
