Responsibilities:

1. Manages and oversees all aspects of accounting and finance of the business in accordance to the Company’s policies and procedures, and relevant standards, laws and regulations.
2. Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial statements and reports while overseeing the finances of a group of companies.
3. Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper compliance with statutory law and regulations.
4. Review and optimize the tax structure to enhance efficiency.
5. Implement credit control measures effectively.
6. Manages and oversees cash flow by tracking transactions undertaken by the Company and reviews internal reports, and subsequently provide cash flow forecast to the Management.
7. Develops and prepares strategic financial plans, i.e. risk minimization and opportunity forecasting to management for decision making.
8. Prepares budget and financial performance reports, comparing actual results against budgeted figures for management.
9. Supervise and mentor finance team members.
10. Review contracts related to financial matters, including Letters of Credit (L/C), Bank Guarantees (BG), and other finance-related agreements, to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
11. Delivers insightful analysis and recommendations, as necessary.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a Degree in Finance or Accounting or Professional qualification of ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, CPA, CA and/or equivalent and member of MIA.
2. Minimum 10 years of working experience as Manager role in Accounting or related fields.
3. Excellent knowledge and proven experience in Finance and Accounting Management, Tax Management, Cost Management, Risk Management.
4. Excellent in writing and speaking of both English.
5. Based in JB or Subang Jaya.
