· Overseeing the whole finance department and financing operations of the company.
· Leading and guiding the finance team to achieve the company's goals.
· Ensuring all financial reports and documents are properly maintained.
· Regularly report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on financial performance, accounting issues, and risk areas.
· Keeping up to date on financial related matters.
· Overseeing the overall performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of the finance dept.
· Developing, implementing and monitoring departmental policies, procedures and processes.
· Reviewing and ensuring all accounting transactions are recorded accurately, timely and completely.
· Reviewing and monitoring the financial reports, including cash flow, budgets, analysis and ratios.
· Liaising with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and bankers.
· Identifying and addressing issues / areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
· Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
· Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
· Possess at least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Able to work independently and as a team.
