Finance Manager

Our client, a global Data Center company who is working closely with hyperscalers across Asia is seeking a Finance Manager to be based in Johor.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full set of management accounts and daily operation work, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Supervise and develop the team members and provide guidelines for the team from time to time.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accuracy of month-end closing and required reconciliation.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, taxation and financial issues. Establishes work standards and procedures for the inspection and appraisal of financial and operational records and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
