Responsibilities

• Responsible for Hotel’s and subsidiary's financial and accounting functions, data processing and cost accounting.
• Direct, implement and analyze all financial and accounting information, cash flow projections and budgetary control.
• Verify accuracy of all income, expenditures, claims, payment and recording thereon.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants in relation to annual report and tax matters.
• Analyze and interpret financial data and make recommendations and changes to improve systems and financial performance.
• Review monthly bank reconciliation.
• Maintain all contracts, leases, insurance policies and all legal and financial documents.
