• Oversee all financial and accounting functions of the business, including management reporting, financial statements, statutory audits, corporate tax, and indirect tax compliance.
  
• Supervise daily financial activities, ensuring timely month-end closing, accurate journal entries, postings, and reconciliations in line with accounting standards.
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, local statutory and tax requirements, and company accounting policies.
  
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems, internal controls, policies, and procedures to protect company assets and streamline operations.
  
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, regulatory authorities, tax consultants, and other advisors on financial and tax-related matters.
  
• Collaborate closely with management and the industrial team to support business growth, expansion, and overall corporate objectives.
  
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as required from time to time.
  

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent such as ACCA, MIA, CPA, ICAEW & etc.
  
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with excellent interpersonal abilities for effective interaction at all levels of personnel.
  
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively, demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
