• Prepare monthly consolidated group accounts, financial and management reports, quarterly reports, and yearly audited accounts, including analyzing trends and variances.
• Handle corporate tax matters, including reviewing tax computations and corresponding processes.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and manage audits.
• Maintain proper financial and management accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, company policies, and related regulatory/statutory requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.
• Provide support and communicate to all subsidiary finance personnel on accounting and group reporting matters.
• Coordinate and liaise with financial institutions and government authorities where required.
• Handle special/ad hoc projects assigned from time to time.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, MICPA, CPA).
• A minimum of 7–12 years of working experience at the managerial level or in a group/corporate financial controller role.
• Experience in F&B Industry / food manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards is required.
• Demonstrates good supervisory, planning, and organizational skills.
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills in managing financial data.
• Chinese speaking is an added advantage.
