FINANCE EXECUTIVE - RESPONSIVE RECEIVABLE & BANK RECONCILIATION

Manage account receivable for responsive invoicing. Prepare and review bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies in the bank statements and general ledger, and clearing of non-reconciling items. Ensure process compliance with the company policies and procedures, accuracy of financial records, timeliness of output, and effectiveness of control.

Requirements:

• Accountancy related professional qualification (e.g. MICPA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or a recognized Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience with exposures in Account Receivable and bank reconciliation. Advance knowledge and experience in bank reconciliation statement preparation (particularly reconciliation with digital technology).
• Possess knowledge and experience in automation process, change management, LHDN e-invoice, SAP accounting and sub system integration, and real-time receipting record update and online banking media.
• Strong MS Excel, Power Point and proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage.
• Committed team player with good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle voluminous transactions and attention to detail.
