About the Role

  • You will be responsible for running day-to-day operations for the Company.
  • You will be responsible for timely preparation of our general ledger function for LB’s selected entities.
  • You will be required to be involved in the audit process for LB’s selected entities.

You should have/ be

  • Strong multitasking and independent execution abilities.
  • Strong communication skills across the GL team and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong team player with ability to inhibit positive influence on juniors and peers.

Main responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly closing activities, including drafting of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Assist to prepare monthly management reports and financial statements for local and group reporting.
  • Provide support to team members as and when needed.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting operation efficiency and implement best practices to streamline processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Possess an Accounting/Finance Degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English & Bahasa.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
  • Experience in SQL and SAP B1 will be an advantage.
