Finance Executive cum admin

About the role

IFB Freightbridge (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Executive cum Administrative professional to join their team in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and administrative functions.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other financial analyses
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial and administrative processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong financial and accounting skills, with a good understanding of financial reporting and analysis
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
