FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Specific responsibilities will include the following:

1. Able to do full sets of accounts
2. Liaising with bankers for loan application and related matters
3. Seeking appropriate funding for the company (company loan/grant with government/private agencies)
4. Coordinating preparation of budgetary planning and processes
5. Monitoring and controlling expenditure within the approved budget
6. Ensuring the provision of adequate financial resources for the company
7. Providing strategic advice and guidance on all issues of financial management
8. Responsible for providing operational support on company special projects
9. Verify and check supplier invoices and delivery orders with relevant documents for payment requests
10. To monitor, analyze, prepare and update accounts report
11. Other relevant tasks related to accounting and finance
