Job Position:Finance Executive

Salary Up To RM5500

Location: Klang

Job Descriptions:

• Accountable to prepare month end closing and monthly management report andpossess the ability to analyze financial data.
• Able to maintain general ledger, account receivable ledger and account payableledger and maintain proper filing of other related documents.
• Manage accounts receivable and all related matters.
• Monitor and follow up monthly expenses - utilities, rental, other bills, issuingreceipt and processing expenses request
• Prepare weekly accounting report of account receivables related.
• To ensure accounting records and system are in compliance with Company'spolicies and accounting standards and statutory requirement.
• Preparation of cash flow, month end schedules and all other related works
• Managing and monitoring metrics and KPI tracking for the financial department.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies to ensure timelinesubmission and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment as and when it is required
• Any other duties as and when assigned by HOD from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy or in related field.
• At least 3 Year of working experience in the related field is required for thisposition.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
