Job description

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

  • Prepare & close full set of accounts.
  • Maintain fixed assets register and perform verifications.
  • Review & reconcile cashbook, accounts receivable, accounts payable & general ledger accounts to ensure they are up to date.
  • Respond to any disputes arising from AR and AP accounts.
  • Verify commission and joint venture fee calculations.
  • Prepare, submit, and monitor trustee payments and claims.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax statutory bodies, local authorities, bankers, and lawyers.
  • Assist in tax planning and submission for CP204 and CP204A.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION LEVEL & MAJOR

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, LCCI, or ACCA.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.

REQUIRED LANGUAGE

  • Bahasa Malaysia / English / Mandarin will be an added advantage.

WORKING HOURS & OFF DAY

  • Monday to Friday
