The Finance Executive - Financial and Reporting will be responsible for supporting the finance team in financial reporting, analysis, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records. This role will involve preparing financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to aid in strategic decision-making. The Finance Executive will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement.
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of internal and external financial reports in compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of management reports, highlighting key financial metrics and business performance.
Reconcile accounts and prepare year-end financial reports, coordinating with auditors during the annual audit process.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation and review of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor and analyze actual financial performance against budgeted figures, identifying variances and providing insights to management.
Support the creation of financial models and projections for strategic planning.
