Job Title: Finance Executive

Role
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Account Executive to join our team at Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, collections, and reporting. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our school and supporting our educational mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Invoicing and Billing:
- Prepare and issue invoices to students, parents, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage the billing process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collections:
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to resolve any billing issues or disputes.
- Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Generate and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports and collection status.
- Reconciliation:
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances with the general ledger.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Compliance and Policy:
- Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounts receivable policies and procedures.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding billing inquiries and payment options.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, iSAMS and NetSuites.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
