Job Description:
Responsible for handling a set of management accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
Leading yearly audit exercise, preparing financial statements and corporate tax submissions.
Liaising with bankers, company secretary, auditors, and tax agents on related matters.
Provide support to the operation team in day-to-day finance-related matters.
Ensure accounting records are compliant with accounting standards and company policies.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Perform daily, monthly, or quarterly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records.
Generate and send invoices to customers, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents into the system.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, or Professional qualification in accounting (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA or its equivalent).
E-commerce platform finance knowledge will be an advantage.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field and position.
Required Skill(s): Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (VLookup, pivot table) and familiar with Computer Accounting software.
Experience in using AutoCount Accounting system will be an added advantage.
Multi-tasking, high commitment, and strong sense of urgency towards deadlines.
