Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team. The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting the accounting team, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Management for Dairy & Crop Operations:

1. Handle accounting transactions, journal entries, and month-end closing.
2. Manage pricing maintenance and transfer pricing.
3. Prepare manufacturing management reports (costing, BOM, etc.)

Inventory Management:

1. Track inventory, handle write-offs, and clean-up processes in the system.
2. Verify eRFD for Finished Goods and Manufacturing Materials.
3. Prepare various inventory reports (write-off, aging, scrap sales, and more).
4. Analyze finished goods nearing expiry and handle stock variances.

Provisioning and Journals:

1. Manage monthly inventory provisions and goods-in-transit journals.
2. Handle ad-hoc journals and accruals.

Scrap Sales Management (Dairy Manufacturing):

1. Oversee scrap sales and automate billing processes in SAP.
2. Resolve issues with Operations and submit Credit Hold release requests to CMA.
3. Prepare and submit scrap sale summary reports.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum Diploma holder in Accounts / Finance or Professional Accountant Accreditation (eg. CPA, ACCA)
2. 2-3 years working experience in Accounts / Finance related field.
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, costing, and inventory management.
4. Proficient in MS Excel and SAP system.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
6. Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
