Job description

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Support on month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Perform Intercompany matching, checking, and reconciliation with counterparts to ensure consistency in financial records across different entities.
• Monitor cash flow and arrange payment to suppliers etc.
• Support in inventory count process.
• Support in fixed asset tagging and physical sighting process.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks or any other tasks assigned/required by finance manager.

Job Requirement

• Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office is an added advantage.
