Job Description: Director, Finance & HR

Job Summary: The Finance and HR Director is responsible for overseeing all financial and HR related operations of the company. This includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, statutory and management reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and employee regulations and Group Governance. The Finance and HR Director plays a critical role in providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team and supporting the organization's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership for the Finance and HR Team with c. 7 FTE in a digital business model environment, including the development and implementation of long-term strategies, driving a commercially driven mindset in the teams
• End-to-end responsibility for financial planning (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
• Oversight and steering of month end closings
• Ownership of detailed CAPEX, OPEX and HR controlling
• Ownership of all Finance and HR related compliance matters
• Treasury /Payment (liquidity and FX management, payment costs optimizations)
• Leading the HR Department (administrative topics, talent acquisition as well as long term HR strategy)
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory / Group requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital business models is a plus
• Minimum Professional or Bachelor’s degree in a field such as finance or accounting. At least 10 years of professional experience, in similar capacity and senior management interaction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a finance team
• Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices
• Technology savvy, especially in excel, AI and Reporting tools
• Attentive to details is essential
