Finance Automation Specialist

• Assist in the Automation of key finance projects related to Future Finance Program.
• Utilize automation tools and techniques to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Work with system databases to ensure data integration compatibility with Automated processes.
• Prepare and develop Power BI Dashboards for data analytics and to support MI reporting.
• Participate in Balance Sheet Reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize finance systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within finance operations.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide support for ad-hoc finance projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in automation, system databases, and data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency with tools and systems such as Alteryx, Power BI, Oracle, and RPA is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Finance and Accounting Reconciliations and MI Reporting.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Experience with process improvement and automation projects.
