Finance Associate (Accounting)

Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over a million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe, and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

As a valued member of our Finance team, you'll support senior members in managing routine financial operations. Your role will involve preparing and processing invoices, handling refunds, performing reconciliations, and assisting with other day-to-day finance tasks.

Our Finance team is responsible for overseeing all accounting & finance operations, ensuring the smooth running of all of Secretlab's initiatives; including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Responsibilities

1. Process refunds per Secretlab's policy and respond to Customer Support on refund requests
2. Verify staff claims
3. Prepare balance sheet schedules (e.g. deferred revenue, customer deposits)
4. Regularly review global deferred revenue and customer deposits for accuracy

1. Candidate must possess at least a ACCA/Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting with proven experience in Accounting
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
3. Familiarity with ERP systems, data analytics, and PowerApps is advantageous
4. Detail-oriented, able to handle high transaction volumes, efficient with strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
