The Finance Analyst will be responsible for:

1. Financial Analysis and Estimates
   1. Collaborate with Senior Finance Manager and JLL regional Finance team to communicate clear timelines, ownership, objectives, and guidelines of account financials.
   2. Manage billable Workorders, to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement from the client.
   3. Consolidate, review and analyze submitted financials for account to ensure accruals are correct and costs are accurate.
   4. Support quarterly reviews and annual budget review with regional Finance team.
   5. Support Senior Finance Manager in achieving timely and accurate reporting.
2. Financial Oversight
   1. Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and client contractual obligations.
   2. Perform account audit review function; conduct monthly audits as required for client.
   3. Manage work programme, track completion on projects.
   4. Provide analysis on areas for improvement and demonstrate year on year improvement on budget process.
   5. Ensure all financial processes are followed per contractual requirements at each post site and provide general finance advice and guidance to ensure understanding and adherence to process and policy.
   6. Identify problems and review actions needed to improve or correct processes and policies at each post site.
3. Budget and Forecasting
   1. Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure monthly forecast reporting is completed timely and accurately, ensuring budget holders are completing accurate forecasts with appropriate detail.
   2. Ensure that cash is correctly forecast, and excess cash utilization is maximized and returned to global treasury on a regular basis.

The Finance Analyst will demonstrate the following competencies:

• Strong technical accounting ability and corporate reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver results autonomously.
• Proficient in the use of Finance system applications e.g., JDE, Corrigo.
• Ability to interface with key stakeholders at all levels to promote open, constructive and collaborative relationships.
• Ability to think strategically and find agreeable solutions to problems.
• University degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance or relevant field (ACA, CIMA, CPA preferred).
• 2-4 years’ experience in finance roles, including a financial planning and analysis function.
• Demonstrates awareness of principles of corporate governance.
