Finance Analyst (AP)

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor’s invoice and ensure payment made on timely.
• Coordinates with Treasury to maximize cash flow.
• Able to work closely with multiple stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Filing of invoices and documentation.
• Assist in monthly closing activities.
• Responsible for Accounts Payable account reconciliation.
• Ensures Accounts Payable process is compliant and adheres to finance policy and SOX controls.
• Work on flexible hours to support multiple locations.
• Escalate and discuss with Superior for important and critical issues.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related accounting field experience. Minimum 2 – 4 years of related working experience.

- Experience: The ability to multitask and work well in a team environment. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Other Qualifications (Plus Requirements):

• Working knowledge of SAP FICO.
• Understanding of GAAP would be an added advantage.
• Ability to read, comprehend and speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite with excellent Excel & Access skills, leadership skills, communication skills, vendor management and relationship skills, problem resolution skills.
• Assertive, creative and ready to work in a changing environment.
• Ability to understand and clearly communicate accounting policies and procedures and provide recommendations to improve processes.
• Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software management experience would be an added advantage.
