Responsibilities

1. Provide Center of Excellence and Industry Solution Gross Margin & Inventory Analysis
2. Support Controller and be a business partner to the Order Fulfillment Manager.
3. Deliver business performance analysis and narratives with focus on revenue, cost of sales, MOH, variances, inventory, capital budget, headcount.
4. Handle all Order Fulfillment related month end activities such as revenue recognition booking, inventory & COS accruals.
5. Partner with Cost Accounting team and engage in the semi annual standard cost setting.
6. Support controller in strategic planning (SP) and semi-annual financial planning (Fall & Spring PLAN).
7. Provide support on NPI/Product Transfer and project ROI analysis
8. Study and implement relevant process to improve efficiency
9. Develop, coordinate, lead and analyze ad-hoc projects and operational analysis
10. Contribute ideas and solutions to a variety of operations related issues.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification in Accountancy with 6+ years work experience
2. Strong communication, analysis and presentation skills
3. Working knowledge in Oracle ERP, Power BI & Microsoft Excel. OneStream and MicroStrategy will be added advantage.
