Finance Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct financial analysis using various methods, such as trend, variance, and ratio analysis.
2. Prepare and present reports on findings and recommendations to senior management.
3. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.
4. Conduct cost-benefit analysis for potential projects or investments.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial results, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
8. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Job Qualifications:

1. Degree / Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic finance environment.
