Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
  2. Maintain and update financial databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  3. Assist in preparing and organizing financial reports, invoices, and payment records.
  4. Support the finance team with daily accounting tasks and ensure timely data updates.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes and provide necessary administrative support.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  3. Able to converse in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
