Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Added advantage if proven experience in managing AP, AR, and/or GL functions.
- Strong proficiency in preparing monthly accounting records and financial reports.
- Knowledge of costing, inventory management, and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Descriptions:
Manage AP, AR, and/or GL Functions:
- Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or General Ledger (GL) functions of the company.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Prepare Monthly Accounting Records:
- Generate and prepare monthly accounting journals, ledgers, and other essential accounting records.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.
Costing and Inventory Reports:
- Prepare costing and inventory reports to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct regular analysis to optimize inventory management.
Regulatory Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by preparing and submitting accurate and timely regulatory reports.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting accounting and finance activities.
Support in Accounting and Finance Activities:
- Provide support in various areas of accounting and finance activities as assigned by the finance leadership team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall organizational financial goals.
