Finance/Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. To handle accounts receivables and account payables.
2. Assist in closing monthly & full set accounts timely.
3. Handle filing, keep records and ensure accurate document filing.
4. General office administration works.
5. Prepare related company transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
6. Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
7. To assist in preparing management reports, ensuring its consistency, accuracy and timely reporting.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years of related experience.
2. Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision.
3. Good in Excel & Word.
4. Good personality and positive working attitude, responsible, self-disciplined and dedicated to work.
5. Customer service oriented, positive and engaging attitude.
6. Ability to manage priorities, ready to multi-task and ability to work independently.
7. LCCI accounting diploma or relevant qualification will be an advantage.
