As a Finance & Accounting Senior Executive, you are required to:

• Support key activities such as monitoring Month End, Quarter End and Year End Closing.
• Maintain a master list of monthly Journal Entries.
• Perform monthly financial reporting and analysis, and monthly Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations.
• Inter Company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting.
• Support financial audit and liaise with auditor and tax agent.
• Review monthly management reports.
• Provide support to Operation departments, through information analysis.
• Assisting operation team in the monthly operation review, identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.
• Managing the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds, ensure sufficient funds are available to meet the ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure meeting the closing and reporting deadline.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statement in accordance with Malaysia Accounting Standard MPERS and compliance to internal policies.
• Interface with management in various departments.

We are looking for talents who are having:

• Bachelor degree in Finance / Accountancy or its equivalent.
• 3-8 years’ experience in Finance or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Oracle R12 financial application and relevant experience preferred.
• A member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) or its equivalent.
• Advanced Excel and database skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills, planning and time management skills.
