Handling full set of accounts for the group of companies. This includes performing financial reporting and financial consolidation.
Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company's policies and accounting standards.
Management analytics and reporting, and statutory reporting.
Preparation of financial forecasts.
Manage receivables, cash flow, assets, stocks, filing, and taxes.
Liaising with external parties such as bankers, company secretaries, auditors, and other licensing authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
To manage human resources related matters including payroll function.
To be responsible for general administrative matters.
To assist with ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
Report to the Manager and Director of Finance.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Accountancy. Professional accountancy qualification such as ACCA, ICAEW, CA, ANZ, MICPA, or CIMA is preferred.
Preferably at least 3 years working experience in audit.
Required skill(s): MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
