Finance & Account Manager

• Develop and oversee financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance requirements.
• Oversee cash flow management, investment activities, and financing strategies.
• Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar finance & account role.
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification will be given priority.
• Required language skill: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in the beauty salon, spa, or facial care industry is a plus but not a must.
