Finance & Account Manager

Wenma Scaffolding Solution and Service (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Finance & Account Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all financial operations and ensuring the company's financial health and compliance. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Manage the accounts team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and advice
• Implement and maintain efficient financial processes and controls
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
