Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Managing all site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
Perform post-sales project implementation and technical support.
Provide technical solutions as and when required.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining access network.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Willing to travel - must have driver’s license (own car compulsory).
Working experience in setting up/installation of IT.
Able to work immediately.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum professional certification required: CA1C & CA2. Preferred certification on CCNA, Tp-link, AirTies, Microsoft, Huawei, Amazon, Google.
Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
