Field Service Engineer (Medical Device), Johor

Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):

1. Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment.
2. Perform scheduled maintenance according to defined scope and standard operating procedures.
3. Close service calls with duly completed service reports.
4. Foster strong customer relations and escalation at a technical level.
5. Any adhoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

1. Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
3. Good team player and independent worker with good written and communication skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
5. Ability to carry weight of at least 10kg.
6. Willing to work on standby mode by rotations.
7. Prior experience in technical support/field service experience handling biomedical equipment, medical devices, or related medical products is an added advantage.
8. Willing to travel.
9. Proactive attitude towards learning.
10. No experience required; training will be provided.
