Field Sales Recruiter for Freezer Project

Duties and Responsibilities:

Field Sales Recruiter Task (6 Days / Week):

1. Outlet Visitation and Acquisition:
   1. Execute the visitation schedule by achieving the required number of outlet visits.
   2. Identify and visit targeted store/outlets to introduce and promote the deployment of ice cream cabinets.
   3. Build and nurture relationships with business owners to encourage the acceptance and successful deployment of ice cream cabinets in their outlets.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
   1. Analyse and understand the target category of stores and outlets suitable for ice cream sales to achieve cabinet deployment to the outlet.
   2. Assess outlet potential based on factors like foot traffic, location, and customer demographics.
   3. Monitor and report competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
3. Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the benefits and value of deploying ice cream cabinets in stores.
4. Plan and optimize daily routes to ensure efficient and productive outlet visits.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outlet visits, interactions, and outcomes.
6. Provide regular updates to the Team Lead on market trends, challenges, and achievements.
7. Escalate urgent or critical issues promptly to the respective Team Lead or Operation Executive for resolution.
8. Actively contribute insights from the field to support the refinement of strategies and operational decisions.

Academic Qualification(s):

• Candidates must possess at least SPM or above.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

• Able to speak fluent Malay and English.
• Friendly and strong in communication.
• Sales experience will be an advantage.
