Bhd., a leading end to end robotic solution services company in Greater China Region, assists clients in adapting the latest robotic technologies with aims to streamlining operations, enhancing productivities, improving compliance and reducing operational costs. Our scope of services include robotic system design, hardware & software procurement, tailor-made robotic application development, robotic system integration, as well as commercial robotics system consultation.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by customers, providing professional technical support.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, and propose improvement suggestions to relevant departments.
• Prepare technical documentation for installation, commissioning, and maintenance, recording work processes and solutions.
• Develop reasonable implementation plans, complete tasks as assigned, and assist account managers in achieving sales targets.

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You have at least 2 years experience, ideally within an Engineering or Helpdesk/Technical Support role.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
• You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams.
• You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
