Field Biologist

Job Responsibility

• Undertake Quality Assurance and Pest Monitoring/ Reporting Services and Termite Management Programs or other high value services
• Comprehensive report with advice for further actions on pest management and HSE
• Establish pest activity trend for analysis
• Recommendation on proactive pest management services and continuous improvements in site standards
• Pest identification to ensure an efficient treatment is applied
• Review of the adequacy and currency of pest control documentation for auditing purposes
• Conduct Total Hygiene Awareness Training (Awareness on pest and hygiene)
• Conduct Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programme
• Conduct in-house training for technicians

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Biological Science or equivalent, preferably Major in Entomology or Vector Control. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in Pest Control industry would be an added advantage
• Organized, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good team player with the ability to lead and manage a team of service staff
• Agile and flexible to perform on-site inspection, analytical and presentation skills
• Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
• Possess valid D licence & owns a car
