Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with reproductive health issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests related to fertility.
• Administer assisted reproductive technologies (ART) such as IVF and IUI.
• Provide counselling and support to patients throughout their fertility journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay current with advancements in fertility treatments and technologies.
• Participate in ongoing research and clinical trials.
• Educate and train medical staff and patients on fertility-related topics.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations and ethical standards.
• Manage and oversee fertility preservation procedures.
• Conduct patient consultations and follow-up appointments.
• Provide guidance on lifestyle changes to improve fertility outcomes.
• Address the emotional and psychological aspects of infertility.
• Develop and implement fertility treatment protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Advocate for patient needs and provide compassionate care.
• Participate in community outreach and education programs.
• Contribute to the development of fertility clinic policies and procedures.

Experience & Personal Qualities

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a similar healthcare setup or insurance industry with patient-centered care.
• Promoting excellence in patient care within the fertility industry and a good grasp of issues and medical terms related to fertility treatment and pregnancy.
• Patient, calm, and kind in interactions with customers, understanding their needs.
• Able to work cooperatively with team members.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: influencing, persuasion, negotiation, empathetic, approachable, and the ability to work with and through others.
• Commitment to promoting the company's values and corporate objectives.
• Awareness of industry trends and developments.
• Display a professional attitude towards colleagues and others.
