Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, control, and direct production schedules to meet customers’ needs and wants.
• Ensure the end product is sufficient for day-to-day and sudden orders.
• Maximise resources to meet production schedules.
• Ensure daily operation cost is maintained as per budget.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Team to minimize downtime.
• Ensure additive inventory is maintained at a desired level so as not to overstock to avoid expiry.
• Work closely with feed nutritionists to get the best results from farm performance.
• Maintain a conducive and risk-free environment in the production and office area.
• Ensure essential records and documents related to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) are maintained.
• Provide guidance, mentor, and motivation to workers in carrying out their roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure daily and monthly production reports are prepared.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Two years experience in managing production lines at managerial capacity
• Strong interpersonal skills, computer literate, and meticulous
• Strong knowledge in production system and principles
