Web Development Team Lead (.Net/C#)

We are looking for a Team Lead to build a team of Web Developers to work in a DevOps setup on a number of projects & products.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to the team, managing the day-to-day activities of the designated team.
2. Creating the best technical designs, designing, implementing, and maintaining automated builds and deployment.
3. Providing technical leadership in Scrum Team.
4. Mentoring and training team members to enforce development guidelines and best practices.
5. Building and guiding a team of developers, including interviewing candidates.
6. Spreading knowledge about new and relevant technologies among the development team.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a Senior .Net Developer with experience as a Team Lead, possessing a proven track record of building high-performing teams. The candidate should be result-oriented, a problem solver, and a leader of people.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 7+ years of hands-on delivery experience in programming in Microsoft .NET and Microsoft SQL Server, including leading technical teams.
2. Extensive experience designing and developing modern web applications.
3. Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, Waterfall, and ITIL, with experience working in an Agile (i.e., Scrum) team.
4. Proven track record to operate effectively with general mentorship on new projects.
5. Strong focus on quality and technical excellence.
6. Experience in managing teams of up to 7 people.
7. Fluent communication skills in English – written and verbal.
8. Familiarity with Agile techniques focused on delivering high-quality software, including Continuous Integration, unit testing, Test-Driven Development, and code reviews.
