Fashion Designer

• Produce artwork designs by hand or digital software.
• Engage in trend and market research and forecast for prints and colours, incorporating them into our merchandise in a commercial manner.
• Prepare clear specifications for prototyping, using appropriate and innovative techniques and processes.
• Review and develop merchandise which includes measuring & fitting of samples.
• Work closely with factories & suppliers on merchandise development and amendments.
• Construct clear process planning & project management to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to market.
• Participate in store visits to establish a good understanding of the customer profile.
• Consolidate feedback and analysis for product improvement and evaluation.

Job Requirements:

• Certification in Fashion Design or equivalent
• A good eye for colour and detail with typography skills
• Skilled in digital softwares such as Adobe & Microsoft Office, as well as manual hand sketching
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate with China counterparts
• A confident personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
• 1-2 years experience in relevant industry is a plus
• 5.5 working days a week may require to work on Weekend and Public Holidays (Replacements Offday would be provided)
