Facility Maintenance Technician Cum Chargeman

Performing routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and diagnose problems.

• Performing electrical, telephony, networking repairs and maintenance.
• Performing plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Performing air compressor maintenance and repairs.
• Performing structural work on buildings and equipment as required.
• Guiding security workers and cleaners for the scope of their work.
• Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained according to safety regulations and standards.
• Performing repairs and maintenance on various types of equipment.
• Maintaining records and preparing reports on maintenance activities.
• Assisting other departments with their maintenance needs.
• Other facility maintenance jobs as necessary.

Education:

• Diploma / Certificate in Engineering.

Skill / Experience:

• 2-3 years experience in facilities maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Ability to use various tools and equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
